Saturday Advanced Youth Classes aka "Rise n Grind!"
Our Saturday session for competitive Advanced youth 90lbs and under are Invite Only ran personally by Coach Mike. These training sessions are High Intensity and not for the feint of heart as 95%+ of all kids placed in the state or nationals last year at all levels/divisions.

Join Coach Omar at 10:30AM Sundays for Freestyle/Greco training and improve your positional wrestling across the board. It's known fact wrestling international styles even at young ages improves their situational awareness and teach them better position due to the rules of exposure.
